Trufloc® organic, bio-degradable flocculants

The range of Trufloc synthetic polymers includes two water-based polymers: anionic, which has 50% of the carbon footprint of oil-based emulsion polymers; and cationic, which has 70% of the carbon footprint of oil-based emulsion.

These are 60-70% biodegradable in 20 days. They are free of surfactant, solvents and their manufacturing process has a low environmental impact in comparison to other mineral oil-based polymer manufacturing processes.

Polymers for wastewater treatment

The Trufloc range consists of a series of poly-electrolytes based on water and oil with high efficiency, specially developed for solid-liquid separation processes within the industrial and domestic waste streams.

Our flocculant accelerates the reacted solids separation rate and also improves the efficiency of the removal of water from sludge, because the produced flocs are enhanced to ensure optimum dewatering processes.

We can carry out jar tests onsite or in our own lab to determine the most suitable type of Trufloc ® polymer for every application.

Trufloc is available in powder (solid, free-flowing , dust-free products) in 25Kg or 1000Kg  bags or liquid emulsion in 25Kg drums, 1050Kg IBC’s or larger 25,000Kg bulk deliveries in road tankers.
